- Update to 0.7.10:
	* Added option to cache non anonymous sessions
	* Allow caching options to be changed in subsections.
	* Fixed ipfilter based transparent proxying in *BSD.
	* Added PASVAddress to config options
	* Fixed DOS attack where certain port scans caused frox to exit
	* Improved logging of file transfers
