Several people have mentioned problems with compiling
gnomemeeting.  I've seen it, too.  My log shows this:

Fix: Digging thru the maillist archives, it seems this particular
problem has been occurring since April 2004 (maybe before).

Joe Marcus Clarke mentioned the following on April 15:

I found where we need to remove the stuff is in the original
project's sources.  The FreeBSD ports Makefile can do this
automatically after applying this patch:

At least it compiles & installs now.  I have no way to
test the app, tho.  I had installed the mega-port for
Gnome2 many months ago when gnomemeeting was a required
piece.  Portupgrade has been griping about it, tho, for
several months.  I'm hoping to show TPTB how we can do
net-meetings "for free", so I'd like to have this app
working whenever we "get there".  ;)
