japanse/diclookup-mule port is made from dserver port, for convenience of users.

	1. Can be used with another server program such as ndtpd.
	2. Can be updated separatively to dserver.

This version (2.3.3) supports a newer version of English Japanse dictionary,
so this port profits many japanese colleagues such as Satoshi.
