This update is to apply xv Japanese Extension patch for old xv ports.
This extension patch supports images in the japanese original 
image format, MAKI, MAG, PIC, Pi, and PIC2.
And this also supports archived image files. Supported archivers
are arc, arj, lzh, tar, tar+compress, tar+gzip, tar+bzip2, zip, 
and zoo.

This xv ports supports PNG format image as well as old ports.

And miscellaneous patches are applied. 
Please see graphics/xv/files/*, after applying this update patch.

To apply this patch:
   $ cd ${PORTSDIR}/graphics
   $ patch < [this mail]
   $ cd xv
   $ rm patches/patch-aa patches/patch-ah

for PRs.

Patch applied, thanks!  You are the new maintainer of this port. 

I made one notable change:  The "files" directory of this port 
was getting pretty big, so I put all of the patches that were in 
that directory on my www.freebsd.org site, and changed the 
Makefile to grab them from there.  If you want to do something 
different (besides putting all of them in the port) let me know 
and I'll make the changes.
