Description shipley 1999-02-04 02:40:00 UTC

Libnet is a collection of routines to help with the construction
and handling of network packets. It provides a portable framework
for low-level network packet writing and handling.

	See http://www.infonexus.com/~daemon9/Projects/Libnet/ for more info

I've tried for several weeks now to get this port's distfile, to no
avail. Please re-submit a new PR if it resurfaces.

I'll take care of this as soon as I get the new port from the originator.
