Satoshi's "Package building errors" Web page lists the
linux-netscape4 port as being broken. There have also been
complaints that the version used in the ports tree does not handle
plugins.

I have fixed these problems (hopefully!) and tidied up the port. See
the patch below.

I am listed as the port's maintainer. No files have been added or
removed.
