VAAPI and VDPAU options enable building Gallium based VA-API and VDPAU
drivers to decode video on the GPU via libva and libvdpau, respectively.
Gallium based VAAPI and VDPAU drivers are only available for Radeon and Intel GPUs.

These options require graphics/drm-kmod and a reasonably modern GPU. They will not work with graphics/drm-legacy-kmod (FreeBSD-12) or base system DRM (FreeBSD-11).
