    Downgrade textproc/kdiff3 to 1.8.5
    
    kdiff3 1.9.0 and later produces corrupt output under certain
    conditions.  Revert recent update commits and go back to 1.8.5.
    Set PORTEPOCH=1 as the version number is now lower.
