How-To-Repeat: 
	# mkdir -p /usr/doc/sv_SE.ISO8859-1
	# cd /usr/doc
	# tar cf swedish-docs.tar sv
	tar: sv_SE.ISO8859-1 : Cannot stat: No such file or directory
