This is the small patch to the www/oscommerce port. some parts of oscommerce does not work normal with php5 and se modules do not work without pcre. This patch fix it.

How-To-Repeat: Just install oscommerce and try to register user/login or open a category.

I approve this patch.

Additionally, I no longer have this installed anywhere so I'm unable to
give the port the attention it deserves. Please change maintainership
to ports@freebsd.org or if RedChrom is willing, to redchrom@gmail.com.

I have committed pcre part and passed maintainership to ports@. Travis,
thanks for maintaining the port so far.

However, I didn't mark it non-workable with php5. Before doing it, I
would like to see what errors do you get running it on php5, since
developers claim osCommerce should work with php from 4.0 to latest
version.

Dependencies part of the diff committed. As for php5, let's leave it as
is unless somebody provides a more detailed description.
