One more thing about this article: at the very end there's:
"PKGSUFFIX (.tgz or .tbz)", but it should be "PKGSUFFIX (.tgz ÉÌÉ
.tbz)", i.e. "s/or/ÉÌÉ/".

The file in question as been updated since this PR was submitted, so the 
patch in this PR can be ignored.  However, as far as I can tell, the 
change suggested in the followup email to change the word "or" to it's
Russian equivelent has not been done yet.
