Some Russian pages have a problem with URLs to the handbook and
articles. This is because of inproper use of &base;/doc/ which should
be &enbase;/doc/ for translated pages.

Fix: I tried to grep all occurences of this problem in ru/ pages, wo this
diff should catch all of them:
How-To-Repeat: For example:
http://www.freebsd.org/ru/projects/newbies.html

Reassign to -www, just read on #bsddocs that it would be best 
that some russian committer takes care of this.  Ofcourse poke
