	The attached patch updates the editors/emacs-devel port to
	a snapshot from 2006.09.01.17.52.26.

	I've uploaded the distfile on freefall, but it may take a
	while before it hits the FTP mirrors.  In the mean time,
	the same distfile is accessible through:
