	the new committers guidelines (for src) don't say anything
	about where to find information about coverity. Some introduction
	about what it is and how to sign up should be in somewhere...

Fix: 

talk to some doc people and get asked to file a PR about all this.
How-To-Repeat: 	a) get a src tree mentee
	b) go to a bsd conference
	c) listen to some talk with her sitting next to you
	d) explain to her what people were talking about so those ??? go away.

I just committed a short change to committers-guide, to 
describe Coverity Prevent SQS(TM).  I apologize for the 
veyr long time this took me to fix :-/
