A patch to make the security chapter more consistent regarding the use of acronyms etc. I've added a number of <acronym></acronym> tags, as well as a couple of <acronym role=""></acronym> tags along with some small fixes (i.e. using entities instead of -- and such).
As I was doing this I realized two things, firstly, should I use the <acronym role=""></acronym> on every single acronym, or just <acronym></acronym>, or should I leave most of the acronyms alone altogether?

The second thing is, do we need an overhaul like this on the entire handbook?

Fix: Apply the following patch, or the parts you find fitting. I'm happy to rewrite the patch if there is need, just let me know.
