Paragraph "A.5.7 CVSup Sites" at http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/cvsup.html has a list of the cvsup mirror servers. Unfortunately the the Israeli cvsup mirror server is missing there. Its address is cvsup.il.freebsd.org
