When I submitted this PR:

  http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=106978&cat=misc

I received an email saying:

  You can access the state of your problem report at any time via this link:
  http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=106978

However, that URL couldn't be used to find the PR!  The "&cat=misc" parameter needed adding.

The GNATS web interface often takes a little longer to catch up with the database. For example the URL is now visable.
