- Update to 0.11.1
- Reset maintainership to ports@FreeBSD.org
  Libtorrent 0.11.0 (and its UI, rtorrent 0.7.0) is a milestone in
  curses-based bittorrent software for supporting encryption.

  If you are very busy, please reset maintainer to ports@ or anyone
  else.

Port maintainer (flz@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.

Committed, thanks. 

Like a lot of people, I've been busy during the past two weeks.  This 
might be disappointing for you but I'm not going to drop maintainership 
for all my ports everytime I leave for a few days.
