Everyone in the documentation project is aware that the install chapter
needs work.  This PR documents that as a task.

How-To-Repeat:

should be fixed, screenshots need to be updated, and so on.

I have done some work, or rather, I have outlined some of the work that 
I think needs to be done. The work stopped halfway though due to lack of 
time, as usual. I've got a couple of days off from work next week I hope 
and will try to continue then.
