/devel/pear_XML-Tree has a incomplete dependency list;
/devel/pear-XML_Parse is not listed.

The XML_Tree website has this package listed as dependency:
http://pear.php.net/package/XML_Tree/download

Included is a patch, I'm also taking maintainership.
