Port www/mod_auth_mysql2 is marked broken, because version 1.7
of the source tarball cannot be fetched from the source site.

Actually, there is a new version avaiable: 1.9

Fix: See attached patch to www/mod_auth_mysql2

Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/www/mod_auth_mysql2 && make

Here is a better patch (attached) that adds the folowing features:
- support for apache above 2.0
- NOPORTDOCS knob
- if version gets outdated, the old ones and the latest are located in:
http://www.heuer.org/mod_auth_mysql/old/
