	sysutils/portsnap
	sysutils/portupgrade (twice)
	sysutils/portmanager (twice)
	sysutils/pkg_cutleaves

	are now located at:

	ports-mgmt/portsnap
	ports-mgmt/portupgrade
	ports-mgmt/portmanager
	ports-mgmt/pkg_cutleaves

Fix: 

change each above occurrence of "sysutils" to "ports-mgmt"
