Committed with modifications, thanks! Note, that the proper macros are 
DEPRECATED and EXPIRATION_DATE. There's no EXPIRE_DATE macro and IGNORE 
is for ports that does not work by intention or does not make any sense in 
the given environment, because the same utilility is in base, etc.

Please do drop the port.  The information contained is indeed sadly
out of date.  It served a purpose for a time -- back in the day.
