Even when configuring pound to no log to syslog

make WITHOUT_LOG=yes

the logs are written to syslog.

Fix: 

In the Makefile of the port replace

.if defined(WITHOUT_LOG)
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        --without-log
.endif

by

.if defined(WITHOUT_LOG)
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        --disable-log
.endif
