I see the port irc/bitlbee is unmaintained. I've been using the program
for some time now, and have studied the source a bit. I have some common
knowledge of C and secure programming. 
So, if you like/need, I would like to maintain the port.

Fix: 

set MAINTAINER to lasg@lasg.dk
