The high warning level causes build failures on ia64, fixing these requires more work upstream. Lowering the warn-level is a reasonable temporary workaround, because the warnings are not critical. Fix: The current makefile in files/Makefile is unused, instead add a patch to lower the warns in the makefile. How-To-Repeat: Build the port on ia64
