When submitting a PR using the page at http://www.freebsd.org/send-pr.html, the submission script claims that the codes did not match.  However, the PR is still created, resulting in duplicates if you resubmit with the new code.

The exact error is:
"Incorrect confirmation code
You need to enter the correct code from the image displayed. Please return to the form and enter the code exactly as shown. Thank you."
