	http://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/cvsup.html currently contains
	a link to http://www.polstra.com/projects/freeware/CVSup/ which is
	broken.

Fix: 

Replace that link by http://www.cvsup.org/ (which is also the
	canonical reference from http://www.polstra.com/).
