The Handbook mailing list page does not explicitly mention that test messages should be sent only to freebsd-test.

Fix: Patch eresources/chapter.sgml as shown here.

Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: Watch for the appearance of test messages on lists other than freebsd-test.
