the summary line says

"sctp_recvmsg -- send a message from an SCTP socket"
It should probably say "receive a message..."

Also, sctp_sendmsg(3) should probably link to sctp_recvmsg(3) - _recvmsg
links to _sendmsg but not vice versa.

Fix: 

Change "send" to "receive".
