Below is a patch to update publish.sgml. It adds a missing ISBN
and it adds Dru Lavigne's new FreeBSD book.

Attached is an image to put into your gifs directory. (Remove the .txt from filename.)

Unfortunately, the icon image got mangled by the email.  Can you put 
it up on a webpage somewhere and give us a URL to it?

I don't think I have been receiving any feedback from the GNATS for this 
ticket but I saw some emails to me for this ticket on the freebsd-www 
archives.

(I did receive an email off-list and not with GNATS early January from 
Remko. I emailed the image.)
