Summary: 7.0-RELEASE-amd64-bootonly.iso doesn't work w/ serial console
Product: Base System Reporter: marquis
Component: amd64Assignee: freebsd-amd64 (Nobody) <amd64>
Status: Closed FIXED
Severity: Affects Only Me
Priority: Normal

OS: Any

Description marquis 2008-04-08 01:20:01 UTC
Booting the 7.0-RELEASE-amd64-bootonly.iso CD correctly shows the FreeBSD
splash screen in a serial console (9600b, n81) but then hangs. Plugging
in a monitors shows the sysinstall menu runs there, even without a monitor
detected, regardless of the serial console.

Haven't tested this in a while Andriy, but will see if I can do so (with
RELENG-8) in the next few.
