Patch updates www/en/send-pr.sgml revision 1.60 as follows:

Update label of synopsis field:

1. Change "summary" to "synopsis" so the web-based PR submission form uses the same nomenclature as send-pr(1) and articles/problem-reports/article.sgml

2. Add request to make synopsis as specific as possible.

Fix: Apply included patch to www/en/send-pr.sgml revision 1.60 <http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/www/en/send-pr.sgml?rev=1.60;content-type=text%2Fplain>
