gstreamer-plugins-soup has been moved to good and this change is reflected in the GOOD_GST_ALL_PLUGINS list.
But trying to upgrade I got the following error

cd: can't cd to /usr/ports/devel/gstreamer-plugins-soup/work/gst-plugins-bad-0.10.7/ext/soup
*** Error code 2

In fact the gst_soup_DIST has not been updated.

Fix: Update the gst_soup_DIST

Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/devel/gstreamer-plugins-soup && make
