see man readelf.  Option -u (--unwind) appears twice.

Hello Steven,

it seems like readelf is a contributed software. We do not make changes in
such software as these should be done upstream. The best would be to submit
this ticket to the readelf developers. Someone(tm) will then import a new
version of readelf to our base tree.
