	Update to ScientificPython 2.6.1, which is the latest stable release.

	Category 'science' would be more suitable for this port.

	Adoption of (NO)PORTEXAMPLES, EXAMPLESDIR and DOCSDIR,
	adding PKGNAMEPREFIX to EXAMPLESDIR and DOCSDIR.
