Xhippo update.  New version supports many new features.  Also, they've moved to a GNU website.

Please note, I will not be around for a week to answer questions regarding these changes.

I also didn't have a getopt.h header.  Upon retrieving the gnu one, it compiled fine.  Is this common?  (Should it be a patch in the port?)
