When using amavisd-new-2.6.1,1 with amavisd_milter and the "amavisd_ram" rc_var enabled, amavisd_milter refuse to restart: "work directory /var/amavis/tmp is world accessible".

Fix: fix /var/amavis/tmp directory mode: 755 -> 750

Please see attached patch.
