1. upgrade from version 0.69 to 0.710.08

2. changed "@dirrm %%SITE_PERL%%/SOAP/Transport" into a dirrmtry since p5-Apache2-SOAP port also installs a file into this directory

3. New version of p5-libwww port has triggered an error with version 0.69 of p5-SOAP-Lite that says:
HTTP::Message content must be bytes at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/SOAP/Transport/HTTP.pm line 361
Upgrading to 0.710.08 seems to solve it.
