The web page describes the mailing lists available. This is outdated since
today as the cvs mailing lists have been discontinued in favour of the svn
ones. Also, there are multiple mailing lists now for specific areas of svn.
Peter Wemm has the full list.

Fix: 

The handbook should be updated to reflect this change.

True, there are now multiple svn-src lists.
