Minor updates (from ChangeLog):
From Common C++ 1.6.2 to 1.6.3
- Debian patches applied upstream
- Some code cleanup

From Common C++ 1.6.1 to 1.6.2
- fix pointer.h for recursive/multiple include
- dsp files updated.

How-To-Repeat: You thought I update this before attempting to update net/twinkle.
