- depends on ports/129481: Update devel/ccrtp to version 1.6.2

This is the first release that is conformant to the ZRTP specification
that eventually will become a RFC. See:
[http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-zimmermann-avt-zrtp-10]

The ZRTP protocol version was updated to 1.00.
Clients must be compiled and linked with the new library.

How-To-Repeat: Just thought I update this before attempting to update net/twinkle.
