	In http://www.freebsd.org/support.html#mailing-list,
	there is no link to japanese mailing list guidance on WWW.
	Add reference to http://www.jp.freebsd.org/ml.html, please.

Fix: Apply this patch to www/{en,es,ja}/support.sgml .
	Sorry for uuencoding, but I think it is necessary
	because this patch contains ja_JP.EUC encoded file.

	(Also contains some cosmetic change to other link.)
