Whilst reading the handbook, I was struck by quite a few spelling
mistakes, so I decided to send this patch in.  Does not fix
"Americanisms" or "British Englishisms", if you're worried, just
obviously incorrectly spelt words.

How-To-Repeat: 
Read the handbook, maybe passing it through ispell.
