Hello,

When I committed the section mentioned above, the link worked.  I
think it is because John Baldwin (owner of the linked web site) is
moving now, and possibly he is also relocating his web site.  I will
drop him an email to see what is up with his site, maybe it will be
fixed soon (in a couple of weeks).
