Description Joerg Pulz 2009-02-13 18:50:03 UTC
Update the science/gromacs port to version 4.0.3.
	Changes:
	 Makefile
		- introduce OPTIONS and set reasonable defaults
		- update *_DEPENDS and CONFIGURE_ARGS
		- add manpages and sort alphabetically
		- allow to choose between different FFT libraries
		- allow to choose between MPI implementations
(very useful if you want to more then one core or coputers)
	 distinfo
		- regen for the new version
	 pkg-plist
		- update for the new version
		- sort alphabetically

Fix: - apply the patch
	- remove all zero-sized patches from ${FILESDIR}
	- add ${FILESDIR}/patch-configure

I agree with the patch.

This patch rewrites the port a lot. I would be happy to relinquish
maintainership of the port to the originator of this PR, if Joerg Pulz
agrees.
