fpa(4) (AKA fea(4)) is marked as "i386 only" and will be relocated to i386
specific man directory.

Fix: 

Too simple.

fpa.4 driver will be poted to Alpha in near future. So PR stays useless. 
I am closing it as satisfied originator :)
