I wasn't sure exactly how to catagorize this, but the FreeBSD 7.1 iso download for i386 seems to be unavailable.  Just thought I'd let you know.

Fix: 

Make sure the FreeBSD 7.1 iso file for i386 is working.
How-To-Repeat: attempt to download the file.

Which mirror are you attempting to download from? The 7.1 i386 ISO is on  
ftp.freebsd.org and should be on all the other FreeBSD mirrors too.
