Add trailing '/' to appropriate URL's
Remove dup's
Remove totally incorrect URL's
Correct correctable URL's

Only corrected entries A-I so far.

Fix: 

Due to the size of the diff, it is available at 

ftp://ftp.dynamite.org/pub/FreeBSD/gallery.db.diff.gz

rather than being included here.
