Rev. 1.1020 introduced a "many" in a sentence where the word "is" seems more appropriate.

Fix: Apply the attached patch that restores the sentence to its original meaning.

Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: Search the FAQ document (book.sgml) for the string "there many".
